When we lost both of our young daughters in a traumatic event, it destroyed all we thought we knew about life. Our plans, our identities, and so much more changed forever.

That level of pain can seem unsurmountable... But there IS a way forward.

We combine evidence-based practices with lived experience. This personalized skill based approach empowers you to navigate intense emotions.

We don’t teach you to “move on” or cover your pain with positive thinking.
